Error code 41 indicates that the transfer of dried material into the compost chamber is not possible because the transfer channel or discharge paddle is blocked. To resolve the current problem, please follow these steps:
1. Try to clear the blockage in the transfer channel.
2. Try to clear the blockage with the ejection paddle.
3. Confirm the cleaning of the transfer channel and the discharge paddle with the green checkmark. The transfer will restart.
If error 41 still occurs, try resetting the zero point of the load cell. Proceed as follows:
1. Open and close the lid.
2. Start manual ejection while the machine begins drying.
3. Remove the ejected material from the compost bin or drying chamber.
4. Replace the compost bin
5. Open and close the sliding lid again. This starts another drying and transfer process, during which the load cell sets a new zero point.
