Error code 39 indicates that the sanitization process could not be completed because the transfer channel or ejection paddle is blocked. To resolve the current problem, please follow the steps below:
1. Clear the blockage in the transfer channel.
2. Clear the blockage with the ejection paddle.
3. Confirm the cleaning of the transfer channel and the discharge paddle with the green checkmark. The sanitization process will restart.
