Soilkind relies on innovative technology that enables the natural composting process efficiently and completely without additives. The microorganisms responsible for decomposing organic waste are already present on the food itself. Our intelligent sensor technology creates optimal conditions for temperature, humidity, and oxygen supply, allowing these microorganisms to become active immediately and accelerate biological decomposition. While conventional systems rely on external additives such as compost accelerators or artificially introduced bacteria, Soilkind harnesses the microorganisms' natural processes and ensures that they can run as quickly and efficiently as possible. This produces high-quality compost within 48 hours, entirely without manual intervention or additional substances.
Compost without worms – natural fertilizer without additives.

Compost as good as natural. Completely worm-free.
Worms are true masters of nature when it comes to compost – they decompose organic matter and transform it into valuable soil. But in a traditional worm bin, this process takes a long time because the creatures are very picky. With soilkind, you have a modern way of composting and neither need compost worms nor turning to produce high-quality compost. Our smart solution replaces the work of the worms with state-of-the-art technology that creates optimal conditions for natural composting. This way, you get nutrient-rich compost for the soil of your indoor plants and your garden in just 48 hours – without a bin full of worms, but with maximum convenience.

Without worms
Worms are absolute masters at composting. However, they take quite a bit of time to produce compost. Soilkind is designed for anyone who wants to compost smartly and prefers to encounter worms in nature – not at home.
Worms play an important role in composting in nature. They burrow into the soil, consume organic matter, and excrete it in the form of worm castings. In a worm bin, these tiny creatures decompose organic waste – and, just like in nature, this takes quite a long time, especially since these squirmy insects are very picky. At soilkind, we focus on compost without worms. With the smart soilkind composter, we've created a solution that does away with these slimy earth dwellers entirely and still produces high-quality compost. -
No tricks
No manual effort, no additives: Our technology provides the naturally occurring microorganisms with ideal conditions for composting.
If you want good garden compost, you'll have to wait a long time. The reason for this is that the biological process only works well in the center of the compost heap, as this is the only place where the necessary warmth and moisture can be retained. However, this process can be accelerated by adding compost additives, so-called compost accelerators, and regular turning. We have developed a solution that requires no additives and no manual effort—no microorganisms, no worms, or anything else.
We rely on our patented technology, which ensures optimal temperature, humidity regulation, and oxygen supply inside the soilkind composter. This results in extremely rapid oxygen exchange. Thanks to soilkind's technology, the naturally occurring microorganisms multiply particularly rapidly. By shredding the compost beforehand, we create a very large surface area that allows the microorganisms to decompose your organic waste extremely efficiently.

Without effort
Sit back, let soilkind take care of your organic waste. We developed our fully automated indoor composter to make your daily organic waste collection routine as convenient and relaxing as possible.
No annoying carrying out, no typical organic waste odor, and no unwanted insects. Open the lid, throw in your organic waste, and, once enough organic waste has been collected, use real compost within 48 hours. Thanks to the integrated activated carbon filter, soilkind is significantly more odor-friendly than your conventional organic waste container. -
Sustainable
During composting, water is extracted from the organic waste and heat is generated. Soilkind returns both to the system via an integrated condenser.
Water is not only a valuable resource for the earth – it's also an essential part of natural and high-quality composting. That's why we've implemented intelligent moisture regulation technology in soilkind. In preparation for composting, soilkind extracts excess water from the waste and efficiently recycles it with the help of a condenser in a closed loop. The app notifies you when you need to refill or remove water. Good to know: You can simply drain excess water from the tank and use it for your plants. The water contains important nutrients and is a real booster for your green friends. -
Nutrient-rich
Real compost instead of just dried organic waste! soilkind recycles your waste in a natural way and does your plants real good.
Soilkind compost contains valuable nutrients such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus. It's superfood for your plants! Our tip: It's best to mix some soilkind into the soil when repotting your plants – this ensures healthy and vigorous plant growth. Alternatively, for larger areas, such as raised beds or lawns, you can spread soilkind compost and work it into the soil as needed with a rake or small garden hoe. The general rule is: mix compost to soil at a ratio of 1:10. Water the soil afterward to reactivate the compost. Are your plants currently well-fed? No problem, you can simply use your compost later – thanks to the unique soilkind drying and sanitization process, the compost can be stored for up to two years.

What you can dispose of in soilkind:
Almost all organic foods that fall into the category of organic kitchen waste. The best quality compost can be achieved by composting large quantities of vegetables, fruits and coffee grounds.
- fruit and vegetable waste (cut into small pieces < 5cm if they have long fibers e.g. banana peels, pineapple, spring onions)
- coffee filters, coffee grounds and tea bags – Remove the string before putting the bag in the composter.
- soft shells (egg shells, shrimp)
- nuts
Compost is a natural source of nutrients for plants. Dispose of as little processed food as possible in soilkind, as they contain a lot of salt and fats. Too much of them can affect the quality of the compost.
Food waste that cannot be added because it can block the motors and damage the mixing system:
- fruit pits > 1 cm (smaller seeds such as apple, melon, lemon or sunflower seeds can be disposed)
- bone
- kitchen paper
- wood
- alcohol
- oil / fat / cheese
- soups / sauces: remove excess water through a sieve
- flowers (blossom can be thrown in, the stem is too fibrous and should be left out)
